Excellent customer service from Rug Doctor. Carpet cleaner very promptly delivered. Plan to use it next week, making life a lot easier to own one rather than hiring.

Love my carpet cleaner but don’t love the quality of the clean water tanks I’ve just purchased my third one as they keep cracking !!!!

Ordered Monday arrived Thursday.The machine looks brand new and very well built I certainly feel that I got a good deal price-wise,I haven’t used the cleaner yet but if it turns out to be as good as most of the reviews I’ve read,I will be most satisfied

I have used this machine on many occasions and it is amazing. Was just unfortunate that I got a faulty one delivered and it had a leak and making the carpet wet and not cleaning them. I did inform Rug Doctor. There customer service I found to be as usual very helpful and professional. They arranged to have it collected but unfortunately use DPD for this. They are rubbish. There reviews are bad on tristpilot and I now know why. Please Rug Doctor use another courier company. I will give you 5 stars otherwise.

Great machine! Really brought up my carpets beautifully. Lightweight, easy to move. The sample that came with it was great also. Smells lovely.Delivery was super quick. Arrived more or less the next day. Great stuff.

Always used their excellent products but first time ordering direct from Rug Doctor. I wasn't expecting delivery before Christmas but the package arrived within 3 days so very pleased with the service.

Bit of a slow delivery considering that bought from manufacturer,poor communication after purchase,was next day from Argos and cleaning fluid is still outstanding

arrived today carpet cleaner I did a little test it seems to be good quality

My son and I both had lounge carpets that were in a bad state due mostly to child and dog activity. We spent an hour each on the lounge carpets and the results are amazing. The carpets are as good as new, just one or two patches needed a second going over.

Hired the machine from Tesco this morning. Found it to be absolutely filthy when I was ready to use it. Wasted time having to clean it first. Upholstery attachment leaked all over the floor even though correctly fitted. Stair carpet still wet through 6hrs later and doesnt look any cleaner. Waste of time and money. Would never use again.
